• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service total.

• We kindly request 72 hours notice for any rescheduling needs. Appointments changed outside this window will require a new deposit.

• To respect all scheduled clients, arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a late fee or rescheduling.

• Previous permanent makeup must be approved prior to booking. Correction work is considered a full service and may require an additional fee starting at $150+.

• For safety and to maintain a relaxing treatment environment, children, pets, and additional guests are not permitted.

• Each result is unique and influenced by individual skin type, lifestyle, medications, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

• Final shape and pigment selections are approved together during consultation. Once treatment begins, adjustments based on personal preference cannot be guaranteed.

• Pregnant or under 18

• Experiencing active skin irritation near the treatment area

• Prone to keloid scarring

• Using Accutane within the past year

• Recently treated with Botox (within 4 weeks) or chemical peels (within 2 weeks)
